My research experience includes constructing the ethics submission for an experimental study under the supervision of Prof. Skapetis and Prof. Alffenaar. The project, “Evaluating the feasibility of saliva as a new matrix for therapeutic drug monitoring: A prospective observational study”, explores saliva as a potential alternative to blood for drug monitoring. If validated, this approach could significantly influence chairside therapeutic drug dosing and improve patient care.
