On Saturday 10 October, the ADA NSW Mentoring Program celebrated a decade of supporting and inspiring dentists as they shape their careers by connecting them with experienced members.

Connection has always been central to the program’s purpose. This milestone gathering brought together mentors and mentees to celebrate 10 years of engaging, and sharing knowledge and experiences.

Since its inception, this highly sought-after program has supported 433 mentees and 400 mentors – helping dentists learn from one another as well as build confidence and ultimately strengthen the future of the profession.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the success of the ADA NSW Mentoring Program over the past decade. Here’s to continuing to build connections, share knowledge and shape the future of dentistry!
