Thank you to every member who participated in our recent Your Voice Matters survey.

We received responses from more than 800 members, representing a 20% response rate.  This  provides us with valuable insights and confidence that the feedback reflects the views and priorities of our membership.

The survey results were overwhelmingly positive and reinforced the value members place on many of the services and support provided by ADA NSW. Importantly, members also shared constructive feedback on areas where we can improve and focus our efforts in the future.

What members value most

Members told us they particularly value:

  • Advisory support
  • ADA NSW CPD courses and education programs
  • News, updates and professional guidelines
  • Infection prevention and control support
  • NSW Dentist magazine.

It is encouraging to see that these core services continue to provide significant value to members and support them throughout their professional careers.

Where members want more focus

Members also identified several areas where they would like to see increased attention and support, including:

  • Stronger advocacy with key stakeholders
  • More support for rural and regional dentists
  • Increased policy engagement on seniors oral health
  • Improved communication with members.

We greatly appreciate this feedback. Understanding where members believe we can improve helps us shape our priorities and ensure we are focusing on the issues that matter most.

What we are doing in response

Your feedback is already helping to guide our future direction. As a result of the survey findings, ADA NSW will:

Continue to maintain and enhance the services and benefits members value most, including Advisory services, free online CPD, professional indemnity insurance discounts and CPD member discounts.

Increase our advocacy efforts to ensure members’ interests are effectively represented with government, regulators and other key stakeholders.

Explore additional ways to support dentists practising in rural and regional areas.

Improve member communications, including providing greater clarity around membership renewals and the respective roles and benefits provided by ADA NSW and the Federal ADA.

Most importantly, we will continue to listen to members and use your feedback to inform future decisions and priorities.

Dental Training Bay 1 (DT1):
Fixed with HD Cameras for live demonstration or recording purposes.

DT2, DT3 & DT4:
Fully operational dental chairs.

Lecture Room:
Various room configurations available.

Digital Studio:
Hired with operator for audio or video recording and/or live broadcast.

Board Room:
Executive style room with Zoom & 360° camera.
