Presenters from the Woolcock Institue of Medical Research include;

Dr Dev Banerjee (Sleep Physician) is a consultant in sleep medicine at the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, and at the St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst. He is currently medical director of the Woolcock Institute clinical sleep services. He was head of Sleep Medicine in Birmingham UK between 2004 and 2013, recently returning back to the Woolcock in 2013. 

Clinical A/Prof Nicholas Stow (ENT Surgeon, Nasal and Sinus Surgeon), is an adult and paediatric Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon.  He consults at the Woolcock Clinic where he specialises in the surgical management of adult and paediatric sleep apnoea patients, as well as sinus and nasal conditions. He is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Sydney and the lead researcher in a project examining the microbiome of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.

Dr Chetan Pandit (Paediatric Sleep and Respiratory Physician) Dr Pandit is also a consultant in respiratory medicine at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and is appointed as an associate lecturer in paediatrics at The University of Sydney. Dr Pandit completed his fellowship in respiratory and sleep medicine from The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Dr Pandit's interests include managing children with difficult to control asthma, persistent cough, pneumonia and various other airway disorders. In addition to respiratory disorders, Dr Pandit also practises paediatric sleep medicine. This includes children with snoring, obstructive sleep apnea and childhood parasomnias. This can be useful in children before adeno-tonsillectomy in order to prove or disprove obstructive sleep apnea.

Associate Professor Stuart MacKay (ENT Surgeon), is an Ear, Nose, Throat trained surgeon with expertise in Contemporary Airway Reconstruction Surgery in Adult Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and with an active interest in multidisciplinary OSA treatment in adults and paediatrics. 
He is a Clinical Associate Professor at University of Wollongong Graduate School of Medicine and an Adjunct Associate Professor Faculty of Health Sciences University of Adelaide.  

Dr Tristan Madden (Maxillofacial Surgeon) is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with qualifications in both Dentistry and Medicine. He has subspecialty fellowship training in the management of dentofacial deformity and cranio-maxillofacial trauma and has a special interest and expertise in the application of orthognathic surgery to obstructive sleep apnoea. He is a Visiting Medical Officer appointed to the Prince of Wales Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick and maintains a private OMS practice with consulting locations in Sydney CBD, Miranda and Mona Vale.
 
A/Prof Brendon Yee (Sleep & Respiratory Physician) is a Staff Specialist in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine and Medical Director of Respiratory Failure Services at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. He is also a consultant for Rural Outreach Services in Sleep and Respiratory Medicine in Central Western NSW, previous Chair of the Professional Standards Committee of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Clinical Committee of the Australasian Sleep Association.
 
Dr Michelle Donegan (Dentist) graduated with first class honours from University of Queensland in 1995. She is a General Dentist with an area of expertise in MAS therapy and a strong background in Orthodontics and Dento-facial orthopaedics (paediatrics). She is dedicated to the management of snoring and sleep apnea and for 10 years practised solely with an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist providing solutions to many patients with snoring and apnea. She assists both Sleep Physicians and Ear, Nose and Throat specialists in clinical practice and at a research level at the Woolcock Institute and is honoured to be part of the Woolcock inter-disciplinary team.
