Dr Joseph Ryan 
(BMedSc, BDSc, BSc (Hons), MSc (Pain Medicine), DCD (Oral Medicine )

Joseph Ryan is an Oral Medicine Specialist. Joseph graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Medical Science Degree in 2009 and completed his Bachelor of Dental Science from Charles Sturt University in 2014. Joseph went on to complete an Honours degree in 2016.  Joseph more recently completed Masters of Pain Medicine from the University of Sydney and a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in the specialty field of Oral Medicine from the University of Melbourne in 2021.

Currently, Joseph serves as a Senior Lecturer in Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology at Charles Sturt University, where he is actively involved in teaching and mentoring future dental professionals. In addition to his academic pursuits, Joseph continues to work in private practice, where he provides care to patients in Canberra, Miranda,  Bathurst, and Shellharbour.
