Evan Parker- Director of Operations, MBA - Master of Business Administration, Monash University, BSc - Bachelor of Science (Chemistry), UNSW Diploma of Military Leadership, RMC Duntroon.
 
Evan has 16 years of leadership experience across both military and private enterprises.  On transition from the military, Evan delivered on high-end Organisational Change Management (OCM) programs with Ernst & Young (EY).  Most notably, Evan understood the strategic stakeholder landscape and engaged throughout all levels of an organisation to analyse and accurately diagnose OCM obstacles.  His intuitive leadership ability and significant experience enabled him to define and implement solutions to remove the barriers to change and design effective incentive models. 

Most recently responsible for the acquisition & merging of portfolio companies for Private Equity (PE) & Venture Capital (VC) funds.  He has extensive experience in developing & coaching high-performance teams in highly pressurised, chaotic and ambiguous environments.  The VC environment is an uncertain and rapid ecosystem that is both unforgiving and categorised by extreme risk.
 
As head of operations and subsequently CEO for Software as a Service (SaaS) organisations, he identified strategic opportunities and created deliverable pathways forward to grow leaders within organisations and improve overall performance.
