Jonathan is a Director specialising in change management, leadership, human resource strategies and communication. Jonathan’s skills enable him to make sense of organisational disruption and can mentor people in identifying solutions to complex problems.

Seventeen years, as both an Infantry Soldier and Officer, within the Australian Defence Force have given him a breadth of experience in people management, organisational change and high performance.  Jonathan is a skilful listener who understands people.  He thrives in facilitating, guiding and promoting team performance. Transitioning from the military into an Information Technology Infrastructure Program Management role specifically, digital transformation, has added to Jonathan’s considerable experience base and skills. Jonathan currently co-directs Envision-D which specialises in services for the Australian Dental Industry.

Working with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical specialists has contributed to a deep understanding of the complexity in digital communications and the investment required in change management for its success. Recently, Jonathan has collaborated with professionals in the dental industry to improve leadership, and improve decision making. Jonathan has a Masters in Business and Strategic People Management and a Bachelor in Arts.
