David Neal is a company Director with over fourteen years’ experience, specialising in leadership, management, project management and organisational change. David’s experience stems from fourteen years as a leader within the Australian Army (Army Officer), where he was directly responsible for the management of highly diverse teams and projects ranging in size and complexity. 

As part of David’s transition from Army he has project managed Tier 1 ICT projects, supporting a wide variety of business and organisational types, including: food manufacturing, retail, wholesale distribution, Not-for-Profit (Residential and Community Care groups), IT consultancy, and Allied Health agencies. In doing so, David has worked with numerous organisational types, cultures, and demographics in highly challenging environments and circumstances, each with their own individual complexities and nuances. He currently co-directs Envision-D which specialises in services for the Australian Dental Industry.

In recent years, David’s experience has found value in the Australian dental industry, supporting clinicians in developing their leadership capabilities, and refining their business processes. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a Master’s degree in Project Management.
