CPD Course Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority.
With the recent easing of restrictions, we continue to operate in accordance with the government's health and safety advice and are committed to playing our part in limiting the spread of coronavirus.
As a responsible education provider, we have taken all necessary measures to ensure our facility is safe and hygienic for everyone. The health and safety of our staff, customers and the presenters will always be our priority.
We have implemented the following measures to ensure customers feel comfortable attending our courses:
Cleaning
We have increased our cleaning and hygiene program to ensure our facility is safe for you. Desks and chairs will be sanitised at the end of each day. Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the premises for all staff and visitors to carry out frequent hand hygiene.
Staying a safe distance
The new seating layout for course attendees on Level 1 and Level 2 will ensure 1.5m social distancing requirements are met. We have also added markers on the floors to guide you, signage on the walls and there will be a social distancing guardian to assist in monitoring adherence to social distancing measures.
Adapting our Services
The catering will still be delicious but instead of buffet style, Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea will be provided in single serves. There will be no self-service hot drinks, our friendly staff will assist instead. Bottled water will be provided. Signing in at the start of the day and the end of day evaluation surveys will be contactless through the customers personal device.
Participants will be asked to complete a declaration at the start of the day and must comply with all of the above during their time at our facility.
We ask that you do not attend if feeling unwell.
If you prefer to learn from home, we’ve created a wide range of free online CPD on our website.
As a community, it is imperative that we all adhere to the safety guidelines the government has put in place in light of the current Coronavirus pandemic and we encourage our staff and customers to consider downloading the COVIDSafe app which further supports community health and safety.
If you have any questions on our response to this evolving situation, we have updated our website with FAQ’s. We look forward to continuing to provide you with the best possible education, safely and responsibly.
