Belledental has been an innovative leader in Low Biologic Cost Dental Care in the Newcastle Hunter region for the past 25 years.
We have a policy of engaging young people – both nurses and dentists and training these young people in the delivery of ethical, holistic minimally invasive dental care.
So far, I have trained 2 new /recent graduates in the delivery of this kind of dentistry.
The program is more akin to a traineeship / mentorship. It is very practical and the outcomes for the young dentists who have undertaken the training has been nothing short of career changing.
