Dr Julie Rowse inspires audiences to take action and move beyond survive to thrive with her catchphrase “You are your most important asset!”. Julie uses relatable stories, metaphors and examples to help leaders and professionals achieve optimal mental fitness for them to perform at their best. As a qualified Mental Health Occupational Therapist, a speaker, coach and author of the book ‘The Mentally Fit Leader’, Julie works with leaders and professionals to embed mental health behaviors that stick and are sustainable. Julie has worked in public and private settings for 26 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and practice wisdom to the work that she does.
