The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) recently undertook random audits of dental practices in NSW.  Their aim was to assess whether dentists and practices understood their legal and regulatory obligations and responsibilities. Unfortunately, they found that dental practices and dentists did not understand their obligations and were generally non-compliant.
