Akruti Tataria is a Lab Solutions Specialist for 3Shape Australia and New Zealand and a registered Dental Prosthetist. With a strong clinical and technical foundation in digital dentistry, she has become a trusted educator for clinicians and prosthetists transitioning to modern denture workflows. Drawing on her extensive experience supporting dental laboratories, clinics, and oralhealth organisations, Akruti specialises in guiding teams through the practical adoption of digital denture design, CAD/CAM workflows, and patient management. Her expertise spans clinical-lab communication, workflow optimisation, and digital transformation projects across Australia and New Zealand, making her deeply attuned to the everyday challenges faced by prosthetists.
In addition to her industry role, Akruti is a Digital Dentistry Educator at the Institute of Digital Dentistry (iDD), where she has developed an 8-hour course on denture design and manufacture using the 3Shape Dental System. She is passionate about bridging the gap between traditional prosthetic principles and cutting-edge digital tools, empowering technicians to produce predictable, high-quality digital dentures.
