Marianne Nicolle is a lawyer and has represented the interests of health organisations and health professionals for over two decades. For the past 12 years she has focused on the provision of legal advice and representation to dental practitioners. She has acted for dentists in professional negligence claims, professional council complaints, private health fund audits, Medicare audits, discrimination complaints and privacy complaints. She also provides advice on regulatory and compliance issues.

Marianne is a regular contributor to NSW Dentist and frequently presents at dental industry events. Marianne is a founding Principal of Meridian Lawyers and prior to that time was a health law partner at a large Sydney law firm.
