Fiona Shand is a skilled lawyer and ethicist with over 30 years specialisation in areas where legal duties and constraints interface with the grey areas of human ethical and moral judgement in decision making. Fiona is a governance and legal specialist who has advised and represented commercial clients, directors and professionals in private practice, government and industry during her career in Australia, Switzerland and Hong Kong. 

Since 2012 Fiona has facilitated the flagship Company Directors Course for the Australian Institute of Company Director and is a guest lecturer for The CEO Institute. Fiona is Independent Chair of Audit & Risk within one of the Big Four Australian listed banks.
