Dr Angus Kingon is an oral surgeon who has been in full-time specialist private practice since 1995 and a member of the Dental Therapeutics Committee since 2007. Prior to that, he spent time in general practice, had a range of hospital and university appointments, had a short-service commission in the specialist cadre of the Royal Army Dental Corps (UK), and worked for the Aboriginal Health Service in the Orana and Far West region of NSW, including a short period as a dentist in the Royal Flying Doctor Service at Broken Hill. Immediately before entering practice, he was Senior Lecturer in oral surgery at the University of Sydney.
