Dr Brett Borger graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2016 on the Dean’s Honours List and has worked in Western NSW in the public system since graduating. Initially based in Dubbo, Brett is now splitting his time between Bathurst Hospital and running the community clinic in Parkes. Brett was on the ADA NSW Western Division Committee in 2019 and has been on the Recent Graduates Committee since mid-2019. Working in the public system has given Brett a unique perspective on the oral health needs of regional communities. Brett has particularly enjoyed the variety that this work offers, and being able to provide services to often vulnerable members of the community. Through the Recent Graduates Committee, Brett is looking forward to representing dentists from regional areas and those working in the public system.
