Amanda Lin

Amanda-Lin-x.jpgDr Amanda Lin is originally from Sydney and moved to Brisbane where she graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2018. Upon graduation, Amanda returned to her home state, having since settled in Newcastle, and is now working in the public sector for the Hunter New England Oral Health District. She primarily works at the Raymond Terrace Community Health Centre and Beresfield School Dental Clinic but has also worked across multiple other regional and rural hospital and community health centre sites.

She has always been invigorated by opportunities to enrich the experiences of peers through past roles such as President of the UQ Dental Students' Association, founder of the School of Dentistry Peer Mentoring Program and as a student representative on the ADAQ Recent Graduates and Students Committee. She hopes that all NSW recent graduate dentists find a home with ADA NSW and feel comfortable to provide any feedback whatsoever to the Recent Graduates Committee members.
